windows update just told me that my issues i'm having with my laptop are ones it's basically causing on purpose because i haven't enabled telemetry because "we can't optimize your experience if you don't send us data!" because apparently doing such things locally is impossible

also the issues keep occuring when the wifi is off anyway so what the fuck would telemetry even be able to solve?
